Tom Akerman is a London-based camera operator and editor with over fifteen years of experience across broadcast television, high-end commercial production, live events, and documentary filmmaking.

Credits include the BBC’s coverage of the King’s Coronation, Apple’s Battersea Power Station installation with David Hockney, Disney+’s If These Walls Could Sing, and ESPN+’s McEnroe’s Places. Clients range from Rolex and Channel 4 to PBS, TikTok, and the FA, shot across more than twenty countries.

Editing work spans Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and DaVinci Resolve, from short-form commercial content to feature-length documentaries. Comfortable working under direction or independently.
